Rutland Partners London – Legal Associate dealing with Corporate and Commercial sitting within a legal team (April 2013 – August 2015 – London) Legal Associate role in a Management Consultancy firm in the heart of London. Involved in an Associate capacity but de facto with a wider portfolio spanning into contract formation, advising on corporate structure (both incorporated entities and charities), drafting (including pleadings), conduct of legal disputes, direct settlement negotiations and exploitation of ADR options, to the more peripheral assisting outside Counsel and Solicitors with trial preparation and legal research.
