I want CHCC to be a great school not just because of the outcomes we produce for our students but because the way we do it is special. The destination of being in the top 5% of schools nationally is very much a real possibility but it will not be done in a way that destroys people along the way, it will be done with people in mind and we will grow our staff and not use them as tools in a game.

The following video and charter that we have put together both explain how this will be done and how important you will be in helping us achieve that, whatever your role is in within our organisation.

Please contact jamey@crownhills.leicester.sch.uk who will provide you with further details.
Please fill out the appropriate application form and I look forward to welcoming you as part
of team CH.
